  • SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Data & AI pipelines, integrations, APIs, and automation
  • Cloud data platforms, data modelling, and data products
  • Software development and deployment practices

Experience with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, or similar technologies is beneficial, but we do not expect you to be an expert in every area.

You are also:

  • Able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, clarify requirements, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Collaborative, curious, and motivated by solving real business problems.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and delivering iteratively as needs and priorities evolve.
  • Fluent in English. Swedish or other relevant language skills are considered an advantage.

Experience in manufacturing, ERP systems, regulated industries, AI, machine learning, or business-facing technical delivery is considered beneficial.

Why Join Us?

  • Play an active role in Optinova’s digital transformation journey.
  • Work across data platforms, digital services, applications, automation, analytics, and AI.
  • Develop toward different technical career paths based on your capabilities and interests.
  • Join a culture that values collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and employee wellbeing.

Location

The role can be based at our headquarters in Mariehamn, Åland, or at our office in Uppsala, Sweden.

Compensation:

The salary range (3800-5000€ or 40,000 - 50,000 SEK) has been established based on the role's requirements and current market conditions. Placement within the range is determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. If a candidate brings substantial additional experience, specialist expertise, or qualifications that exceed the requirements, compensation above the stated range may be considered.
