"From the day 1 the team has had a tight-knit bond, we may not see each other day to day when driving long hours, working remotely, or when working with the dealers but you can be sure when any help or advice is needed regardless of the time of day, there is always someone there to help."

"When I have designed something, we can make and evaluate it in the workshop. And we get trust and responsibility to make improvements. I enjoy the feeling that the Kverneland Group has a great history in agricultural machinery in Europe and it feels good to continue that story."

"Although I am now working on a group level for both Kverneland Group and Kubota, I only had to move offices to the next building at the Klepp factory. That is indeed one of the big advantages of working in a group environment. There are definitely opportunities to grow if you work hard."

"Since joining nearly two years ago, my strengths have been recognized and my role adapted to fit them. I don’t have a background in agriculture, so it has been a steep learning curve but the support and encouragement I get from the team motivates me to want to learn more about the industry."
