At PwC, you’ll join a global network where expertise, innovation and collaboration come together to create impact. Whether your interests are sustainability, AI or financial analysis, we offer an environment where you can grow and reach your full potential. Our shared ambition is clear: to build trust, drive meaningful change and deliver long-term value. By combining cutting-edge technology with diverse perspectives, we solve complex challenges and help shape the businesses and organisations of tomorrow.

Become a part of PwC:s CFO Insights & Analytics team
CFO Insights & Analytics supports our clients in reaching more profound and faster business insight by improving and automating reporting processes. We do this by working closely and directly with the clients and their data to understand their business, finances, and strategies, using market-leading software such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, Alteryx and sometimes more traditional tools like Excel.

Many of our clients have relied on reporting solutions requiring extensive manual effort with low granularity or relevance to their strategy. CFO Insights & Analytics services were initiated to meet clients' needs to improve and streamline their reporting and optimise their use of their data. Since then, we have helped many clients, and our business continues to grow rapidly.

The team is a part of Finance Consulting within PwC Consulting & Strategy. Finance Consulting is a team of around 30 consultants, supporting a broad range of clients in the private equity, corporate and public sector. The team is divided into three different focus areas where CFO Insights & Analytics is one of them. The other areas are Finance Strategy & Operating model and ERP & Performance Management. Together we help our clients enhance their finance function by supporting them with different development initiatives to create a ‘fit for purpose’ finance function.

You will be able to work with a broad range of industries, sectors, and counterparties, such as the Board of Directors, owners, and Management teams. This role is well-suited for individuals interested in exploring diverse industries and metrics, understanding how organisations monitor their strategies, and showcasing creativity in problem-solving by leveraging data and technology as their primary tools. You will get the opportunity to work closely on client projects and help in developing their new reporting solutions.

We support your career growth by encouraging continuous learning and by providing a framework for you to acquire new skills at the right time. At PwC, we offer coaching, tailored training programs, and various fun and challenging learning opportunities.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement automated internal reporting solutions, which require a deep understanding of structuring and defining large data sets between a multitude of financial and operational systems, as well as the connection between the companies' strategy and their data
  • Participate in workshops with Board representatives, management, and members of the finance function to identify value-adding analyses and KPIs
  • Visualise and communicate complex business concepts based on the client's data in BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) or traditional formats (i.e., PPT, Excel), depending on the client's need that will enable the client to gain a new and/or deeper understanding of their business
  • Regularly engage in client meetings and business development activities to help identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients. In the future, you will lead and coach more junior staff members
