Junior Electronic Engineer (IoT / Connected Devices)

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electronic Engineer to join our product engineering team and contribute to the design and development of next-generation connected devices. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through testing, validation, and production.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electronic circuit design, a passion for technology, and an interest in IoT, wireless communications, smart devices, or access control solutions.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware products.
Support schematic capture, circuit simulation, PCB design, and prototype validation activities.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand product requirements and technical specifications.
Participate in product feasibility studies, component selection, and cost analysis.
Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and product improvement initiatives.
Support design verification testing and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Work with manufacturing partners to support prototype builds and product launches.
Maintain design documentation, test reports, and engineering records.
Stay current on emerging technologies related to IoT, wireless communications, access control, and smart devices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in electronic product development, hardware design, or embedded systems.
Exposure to electronic circuit design, PCB development, and product testing.
Familiarity with CAD tools such as Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.
Knowledge of lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
Understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.
Exposure to wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, or other IoT-related protocols is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
