Job Description

Would you like to help solve our clients' most strategic business and supply chain challenges? We are now looking for supply chain and manufacturing consultants to join our highly competent and growing Business & Supply Chain Operations team.

Our Business & Supply Chain Operations team provides consulting services for large and mid-sized industrial companies ranging from analysis assignments to large scale transformation programs. The industrial companies are under pressure in the midst of growth, productivity and resilience challenges while AI and technology is disrupting the playing field.

We typically assess the current situation of our clients, identify improvement opportunities, and support in implementing the change creating business benefits. Our team functions in all parts of the client value chain from supplier management, manufacturing and delivery to end customer experience. Recent project examples include supply chain strategy development for large process industry company, future supply setup scenario recommendation for a global equipment manufacturer, and productivity development for a tire manufacturer.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a great teammate and it would be great if you possessed several of the following characteristics:

• Experience in developing core functions in areas such as operations strategy, supply chain management, manufacturing, and procurement
• Capacity and willingness to learn new things and continuously develop yourself
• Relevant prior working experience – minimum of 3-4 years in management consulting. Industry experience/positions are considered as an asset
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• An analytical mindset with demonstrated ability for strategic thinking, with a consultative capability to recognise opportunities to add value to client
• Fluency in English, Fluency in Finnish is considered as an asset
