But it's still early days in this revolution, the rules are still being written and the road ahead is wide open. At Furhat Robotics, we’ve built an unparalleled integrated software and hardware platform that allows us to do things with our robot that no other robot can do. And that’s where you come in.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Technical Recruiter to join our Operations team. You will work closely with our teams to get to know their organization, proactively understand their competence needs, and help them to build stellar teams. You make sure we hire amazing people that align with our values. As part of the Operations team, you will play a leading role in designing how recruitment and onboarding are done, developing our employer brand and running our recruiting processes globally as we grow as an organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • own and lead recruitment processes in close collaboration with the team managers and you will be the gatekeeper to Furhat Robotics, securing the most talented humans to our robots
  • our onboarding process is known as “magical” – your job is to keep that magic and creatively explore how to develop it further
  • perform and develop technical assessments, capacity tests, personality tests and contracts
  • stay on top of the latest HR findings and research pushing the boundaries of social robotics
  • network and represent Furhat’s vision, to make sure you contribute to the buzz and fame of Furhat, at events and meet-ups etc
  • own your own processes: writing job ads, publishing, find talents (both active and passive), resume screening, interviewing candidates, references etc
  • develop Furhat Robotics’ policy to promote gender balance and to foster diversity
  • monitor and report performance and quality of hiring pipelines for main key stakeholders
  • proactively promote and lead activities to contribute to the adoption of company values in being a role model and by fostering positive office culture on a daily basis
  • ensure that all personnel files are up to date and in compliance with company policy

Skills & Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must:

  • have a professional background from preferably, but not limited to, recruiting technical roles to product development companies
  • have extensive search/headhunting experience and experience in running recruitment processes from start to finish in Sweden
  • be comfortable and confident in interviewing, handling negotiations and feedback processes
  • be a good and pedagogical communicator in speech and text
  • have minimum a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • be willing to move fast, take on new challenges, and to make our startup the most attractive startup

It would be great if you also:

  • have a background in general HR processes, to help us build an even more magical workplace
  • speak multiple languages (it’s important that you have excellent English and Swedish skills)
  • have worked with capacity and personality tests
  • have proven experience working within recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
  • are a team player and ability for building great collaboration
  • have knowledge and experience in Swedish employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and training and development
  • are able to make and stand behind difficult or unpopular decisions.
  • have experience and aptitude in creating and refining internal policy and process
  • are capable of managing conflict and conflicting views.
  • are curious and passionate about robots in general and about Furhat in particular (don’t worry, everyone who meets Furhat becomes passionate!)

Note: We will currently only be able to accept candidates that are eligible to work in Sweden without a visa sponsorship. This means you must have EU citizenship or a Swedish work permit.
