Content & Campaign Executive (B2B)

Are you interested in joining one of Europe's fastest growing companies? Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of users?

Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.
Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.

As part of our growth around Europe, we have acquired Alleo. At Alleo, we're setting a new standard as the go-to platform for modern compensation and benefits. Why? Because we believe compensation should be personal and flexible as modern life.

We are currently hiring a Content & Campaign Executive (B2B) to be based in Amsterdam.

Your mission at Epassi

In the Netherlands, Epassi brings together Alleo and Bedrijfsfitness Nederland (BFNL) under one platform, with a full brand transition to Epassi completing on 1 October 2026. As Content & Campaign Executive, you sit at the centre of that launch and everything that follows it. You report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager, which means your work has both immediate visibility and real commercial consequence. This is a newly shaped role for someone who can hold the content calendar, drive campaigns end to end, and give customer success stories the platform they deserve. You operate in a B2B2C environment: the same topic needs to land with an HR director evaluating a business case and with an employee who just wants to know what they can spend their benefit on.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own campaign execution end to end: briefing, setup in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and HubSpot, landing pages, tracking, and post-launch reporting.
  • Manage Epassi NL's social channels in collaboration with Dapper Agency, ensuring content fits the channel and engagement is monitored and acted on.
  • Build and maintain a content repurposing workflow that turns webinars, podcast episodes (Friends with Benefits), and events into clips, blogs, and social posts.
  • Coordinate SEO content production with Dapper or external freelancers and connect it to the broader content strategy.
  • Collect social proof systematically: partner with Customer Success and Sales to surface quotes, reviews, and case studies, then place them on LinkedIn, the website, and in campaign materials.
  • Keep the marketing calendar moving: track timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and hold everyone accountable to deadlines.

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Launch campaigns on time, fully set up and measurable, with clear ownership throughout the process.
  • Grow LinkedIn organic reach and produce demonstrable engagement improvements quarter on quarter.
  • Make complex topics, such as the Werkkostenregeling, benefit packages, and platform updates, clear and compelling for both HR decision-makers and employees.
  • Establish a structured pipeline of customer stories that appear consistently in the right channels.
  • Keep the Friends with Benefits podcast on schedule and ensure each episode is distributed and repurposed across formats.

What you'll be doing (daily):

  • Brief Dapper Agency on content requirements and review their output against the channel strategy.
  • Set up and QA campaign assets in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and HubSpot before going live.
  • Monitor social channel performance, flag what needs adjusting, and make or request the change.
  • Clip, write, and schedule content from recent webinars, podcast episodes, or events.
  • Message Customer Success or Sales to collect a fresh quote or case detail for an upcoming campaign.
  • Check the marketing calendar, move tasks forward, and follow up on anything behind schedule.
  • Prepare the standard weekly or monthly performance report for the team.

What you should bring:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B or content marketing at mid-level.
  • A clear understanding of how a sales funnel works and how content moves leads through it.
  • Proven ability to translate technical or regulatory topics into language that works for two very different audiences: the HR director and the end user.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn (organic and paid). HubSpot experience is a strong plus; readiness to learn it fast is a must.
  • Natural organisation skills: you track your own deadlines and keep external partners accountable without being chased yourself.

Your language profile:

Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken.
Fluent in English. The role involves producing content for Dutch audiences and collaborating with an international team, so both are in daily use.

Your track record:

  • You have run B2B or B2B2C campaigns end to end, from brief to post-campaign report, and can show the results.
  • You have built or maintained a content repurposing system that kept a library of assets working beyond their original publish date.
  • You have secured and published customer proof, from initial request through to a live case study, review, or testimonial.
  • You have managed external agencies or freelancers and kept output quality and deadlines on track without escalation.

Your competency profile:

Creative and structured: You pair a sharp creative eye with tight organisation. You notice when a message is flat and you act on it, without letting the fix slip the deadline.

Ownership: You pick up the campaign calendar, the agency brief, and the podcast planning without waiting to be asked, and you see each through to completion.

B2B2C instinct: You move fluently between two audiences, the HR manager who needs a business case and the employee who wants to know what they can do with their benefit, and your content reflects that distinction.

Simplifier: You take complex material, fiscal rules, benefit packages, platform logic, and make it clear and compelling. Your portfolio is the proof.

Scale-up agility: You create structure where it does not yet exist, stay steady when priorities shift, and thrive in an environment that moves at pace.

Why Epassi:

  • You work on a brand introduction with real stakes: one platform, two established names, one launch on 1 October 2026.
  • Direct collaboration with the Head of Marketing and B2B Marketing Manager. You build alongside them.
  • Two fixed office days per week, the rest remote.
  • Access to the Alleo app: sport, movement, and staying healthy as part of daily life.
  • A strong team that treats marketing as a commercial instrument.
