Seeking an experienced Structural Engineer PE to support engineering design, analysis, and project coordination efforts for heavy industrial projects across oil & gas, mining, energy, petrochemical, material handling, and related industrial sectors. This role will support brownfield infrastructure projects, existing structure modifications, structural inspections, and industrial facility upgrades throughout the western U.S.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical structural engineering experience along with the ability to help manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, client communication, and engineering coordination

Key Responsibilities
Perform structural engineering design and analysis for industrial projects ranging from small modifications to large capital projects
Support brownfield and existing facility structural modifications
Conduct structural inspections and develop repair recommendations
Perform steel and concrete structural design and analysis
Utilize structural modeling software including RISA, RFEM, RAM, or similar tools
Develop and review engineering calculations and technical documentation
Manage and track project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and engineering documentation
Coordinate project activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Serve as a point of contact for clients and participate in project meetings
Support proposal development, project planning, and fee estimating efforts
Coordinate engineering staff and project resources as needed
Identify project risks, scope changes, and schedule concerns
Conduct site visits and field inspections as required
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff

Requirements
5-–20 years of structural engineering experience
Extensive structural design and analysis experience
Project management or project coordination experience
Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and client communication
Extensive structural inspection and repair analysis experience
Strong steel and concrete design experience
Experience with RISA, RFEM, RAM, or similar structural analysis platforms
Utah PE License or ability to obtain Utah reciprocity quickly
NCEES record preferred
Experience supporting brownfield or existing structure modifications
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites
