Skills & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive customer order management (via phone and email) – from registration to monitoring the fulfillment process.
  • Cooperation with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing information and resolving ongoing issues.
  • Execution of daily administrative tasks (e.g. stock control, payment reminders).
  • Registration of incoming complaints, communication with relevant departments and follow-up.
  • Reporting and informing sales managers about customer-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education; preferably around 1 year of experience in customer service, administration or sales support.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, pivot table)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in problem-solving.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build effective relationships across departments.

-We are founded in 1992.

-We introduced our iconic green reusable plastic crates (RPCs) in the 90's, which became a staple in the transportation and storage of fresh produce across Europe.

-In the mid-2000s, we implemented RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology to track and trace our RPCs more efficiently.

-In 2021 we started using the first recycled folding trays.

-We’ve got over 70 service centres all over Europe – you can find us in most countries. So, wherever you are in Europe, our efficient network has got you covered.

-Through new technologies and knowledge, we were able to lower our washing temperature in 2022 which resulted in significant reduction of between 47% and 52% in our gas consumption.

-In 2017 we agreed that we want to reduce our carbon footprint by 20% by 2025 by implementing several improvement projects.
