Are you our new colleague?

We are seeking Senior Professionals with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement gained in management consulting, industry, or a combination of both. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in Supply Chain or Procurement working within management consulting with a broader business understanding. As a Senior Professional at PwC, you will have the opportunity to work in a motivated team and engage with our global network of experts across the firm. Our focus areas within the Supply Chain & Procurement team include:

• Supply Chain Strategy & Operating Model: Design and deliver supply chain strategies and operating models that improve cost, service, and resilience.
• Procurement Strategy & Strategic Sourcing: Improve procurement performance through sourcing, category strategy, and supplier optimization.
• Operational excellence & cost reduction: Strategic optimization of business processes while reducing costs and working capital across the entire supply chain
• Supply chain planning & execution: Improve planning and operations across demand, supply, inventory, and logistics.
• Supplier & Risk Management: Manage supplier performance, resilience, risk, and compliance to ensure continuity and value.
• Digital, Data & Systems: Utilize data, systems, and digital tools to improve supply chain and procurement capabilities

Your main tasks as a Senior Professional:

• Client Engagement: Build and manage client stakeholders and build long-term relationships
• Sales origination: Identify and originate sales opportunities
• Business development: Drive sales opportunities through to sold projects
• Project Management: Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
• Trusted business advisor: Build trusted relationships both towards functional PwC leaders and clients
• Team coaching: Mentor and training of junior team members

Qualifications for the position:

• Professional Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience of within Supply Chain or Procurement, mainly from consulting, but industry experience is also relevant.
• Educational background: M.Sc.Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Sales background: Demonstrated ability to generate sale
• Effective team leader: Demonstrated ability of managing teams and offering guidance to less experienced staff
• Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skilled communicator and facilitator: Business professional English and good understanding of Swedish both verbally and in writing
