Main goal

The Front-Office Specialist is the sole point of contact for broadcast partners for all unilateral broadcast services.

The role will provide first-level support to broadcast partners, in accordance with UEFA unilateral services management regulations and guidelines, and will work within a team that shares a portfolio of clients, with each specialist managing a specific group of broadcast partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Receiving broadcasters’ requests through the broadcaster booking system and processing them in accordance with stipulated procedures and standards
  • Managing and following up on all non-standard services requests
  • Providing first-level support for broadcaster booking system issues
  • Coordinating broadcasters’ needs, requests and queries with relevant internal UEFA stakeholders
  • Coordinating all broadcasters’ requests with the back-office team to allocate and/or schedule requested services, and with broadcast liaison offices at each venue for delivery
  • Checking broadcasters' bookings for consistency
  • Guaranteeing correct invoicing information for services booked and confirmed through the broadcaster booking system in accordance with stipulated procedures and standards

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Education:

  • Bachelor's in relevant field

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected

- Workflow tools, scheduling software, technical broadcast understanding

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Stakeholder management

- Problem-solving and decision-making
