Main goal
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the EURO 2028 Promotion Specialist will play a central role in shaping and delivering the tournament's multi-year, multi-market promotional programme across the UK and Ireland as well as in priority markets around the world, with the aim of engaging a new generation of fans and expanding the tournament's audience.

- Relocation to Switzerland or nearby France is expected
- Experience delivering multi-market or large-scale campaigns, ideally in sport, entertainment or culture-led environments
- Hands-on experience working with creators, influencers or talent, either through agencies or directly
- A good understanding of how brands show up in youth culture, social platforms, music, gaming and digital communities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Good judgement and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills in order to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude to drive projects forward
- Ability to operate at pace without losing attention to detail
