As part of our continued investment in our claims function, we are now recruiting an Team Leader based out of our Nottingham office.
In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated claims professionals, overseeing the efficient and fair handling of property claims from notification through to settlement, maintaining a small caseload, and ensuring the team’s compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
To be successful, you’ll bring proven experience in claims team leadership - either formal or informal - motivating and supporting team members in an inclusive and fair manner. You’ll be confident in managing complex investigations, and working within authority limits. Experience with reinsurance, service level agreements, or third-party administrators would be an advantage as would experience working within property claims.
