Do you want to play a key role in shaping how technology enables business growth and transformation? We are now looking for a Business Tech Development Lead to join our journey and help drive business-driven technology development across the Kappahl Group.
This is a temporary 12-month position covering a parental leave, with a preferred start date as soon as possible, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a strategic role during an exciting phase of our transformation journey.

As Business Tech Development Lead, you will play a key role in driving business-driven technology development across Kappahl Group. This is a leadership role built on influence and collaboration rather than direct reports. You'll get the chance to work closely with business leaders and technology teams, you will ensure that priorities, investments, and roadmaps support our strategic ambitions.
Your mission, you will:
Act as the bridge between business and technology.
- Drive alignment between business priorities and technology development.
- Lead discovery activities and identify future opportunities.
- Coordinate the Business Tech Development Roadmap and Portfolio.
- Support prioritization, investment planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your profile
You are a strategic and business-oriented professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You have experience in business development and technology-driven change, preferably within retail or other customer-focused industries, and are comfortable working in agile environments. You have a relevant university degree within IT, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or similar.
You are analytical, self-driven, and collaborative, with a passion for creating business value through technology.
