Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor – Parkview Health Apply Here: Position Summary: Lead a growing ambulatory pharmacy service line, overseeing operations, strategy, and program development across primary and specialty clinics. Co-lead 35+ FTEs, partner with leadership, and drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and billing optimization. Minimum Qualifications: PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program; PGY2 ambulatory care, HSPAL, or equivalent experience; eligible for Indiana licensure; demonstrated leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications: Three years of supervisory experience; strong communication, process improvement, and team leadership skills.
