This is a unique opportunity to complete your two-year traineeship with Postcode Lottery. Rather than following the traditional four-seat rotation, you will gain broad, hands-on experience across a wide range of legal, regulatory and governance matters. Working closely with teams across the business, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of an in-house legal team within a highly regulated organisation. You will join our Legal and Licence Team, supporting the Head of Legal together with our Privacy and Commercial Solicitors. You will also work alongside our Compliance Manager, helping to ensure that Postcode Lottery complies with the Gambling Act 2005, the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) and other applicable legislation. In addition to your work within Legal and Licence, you will have the opportunity to support our Charities Team on charity governance matters, giving you exposure to another specialist area of practice. We appreciate that as an External Lottery Manager, we deal with legal matters that you will not have come across in your degree or during your diploma. We are not looking for an expert; we are looking for someone who is keen to learn and fits in with the ethos of our company and our team.
Interviews will be held face-to-face Wednesday 26th & Thursday 27th August 2026, if you are not able to make these dates please state upon your application.
