At Stellar Capacity, we're looking for a hands-on Event & Office Logistics Intern (LIA), a placement for students on a vocational program, to support the day-to-day operations behind our programs, workshops, and office life.

In this role, you'll work closely with our operations team to help our events run seamlessly and our office function smoothly. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience in event logistics and office management at a fast-growing company, with plenty of opportunities to take initiative and make a real impact.

Your Role

• Support preparation and execution of client programs and events, from setup to breakdown
• Order and coordinate food, catering, and refreshments for events and daily office needs
• Source and order merchandise, branded materials, and event supplies
• Set up and maintain meeting rooms and office spaces before and after use
• Assist with general office management tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
