We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing & eCommerce team in Stockholm – someone who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and business impact.

In this role, you will play a key part in improving and optimizing our digital user journeys, turning insights and hypotheses into effective design solutions that will be tested, validated, and continuously improved. You will be part of a product team and together with Product Owner, Software Engineers and CRO Specialist ensure a measurable impact on customer experience and key user journeys across the digital ecosystem.

Areas of responsibility

  • Own and contribute to high‑quality UX/UI across Apollo’s web, ensuring usability, clarity, accessibility and visual consistency.
  • Translate user needs, insights and hypotheses into effective interface and interaction designs that support product goals and key user journeys.
  • Ensure designs are scalable and consistent through active use and evolution of the design system.
  • Work closely with our app team to ensure alignment in UX/UI between web and app.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to maintain Apollo brand across the web.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Developers to ensure designs are feasible, well specified and correctly implemented.
  • Collaborate closely with CRO, contributing with insights and design input to experimentation, validation and learning cycles.
  • Continuously improve user experience and conversion by identifying friction and opportunities across digital touchpoints.

Skills & Requirements

  • A clear customer-centric, end-to-end design mindset.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce user journeys and its metrics, funnels and customer behavior.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, CRO, or A/B-testing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into clear visual recommendations.
  • Communicative and comfortable with stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards and qualitative behavioral insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional digital teams.
  • Experience working in digital sales, e-commerce, travel or other conversion-intensive environments.
  • Degree within Interaction Design, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience working with UX/UI with complex user journeys.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish.
