Role Overview

Are you passionate about turning complex supply and demand challenges into commercial success?

We're looking for an experienced S&OP Manager to lead the planning and allocation strategy across North America, South Africa, and Chile. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with commercial, supply chain, quality, finance, and global planning teams to ensure the right products reach the right markets at the right time, while maximizing business value and customer satisfaction.

Remote role open to candidates based in Seattle, Washington.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end supply allocation planning for domestic, export, and import markets.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and seasonal supply plans aligned with commercial priorities and demand forecasts.
  • Manage supply constraints and recommend allocation decisions to maximize business value and customer commitments.
  • Lead the S&OP process for North America, South Africa, Chile-grown products, and NAM import supply planning.
  • Build and maintain analytical models to convert crop forecasts and imports into executable supply plans.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Global S&OP teams to deliver an integrated planning process.
  • Drive supply risk identification, scenario planning, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support long-term supply strategies through forecasting improvements and data-driven insights.
  • Communicate supply availability, allocation decisions, and planning updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Skills & Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Commercial Planning.
  • Proven track record managing supply allocation and constrained supply environments.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and international stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Salary range: USD 120,000–140,000 on annual (flexibility for the right candidate)
