Lead System Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and document complex technical solutions based on business requirements.
Create technical architecture, logical data models, process flows, functional and technical specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies and recommend system solutions.
Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate technical teams.
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Develop testing strategies, implementation plans, and conversion procedures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers.
Support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, testing, implementation, and production support.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst or Lead Systems Analyst.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Experience designing enterprise application architectures and system integrations.
Strong SDLC knowledge, including planning, testing, implementation, and production support.
Experience leading complex cross-functional technology projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
