The PwC Transaction Advisory Student Program is a developmental and networking program designed for students who are curious about PwC advisory services within corporate deals and want to gain insights into the consulting industry alongside their studies. You will meet different departments within advisory services and delve deeper into their expertise areas and tasks they perform in the process of a deal, like Financial due diligence, Merges & Aquisitions, Valuation etc.
What to expect
During the program, you will join a group of approximately 30 students and participate in interactive workshops, case exercises, lectures, and networking activities. You will get opportunity to:
· Learn about corporate deals & Advisory services and the transaction lifecycle
· Develop your self-leadership and professional skills
· Meet PwC professionals and build your network
· Participate in mentorship and networking activities
· Gain insights into future career opportunities within the industry
Program details
The program consists of four on-site sessions at PwC's office in Gothenburg (Masthamnsgatan 1, Göbeborg) starting at 4pm, each lasting approximately 3.5–4 hours including a networking mingle.

Who can apply?
We welcome applications from students pursuing a bachelor's degree (third year) or a master's degree (first year) in Lund and Gothenborg within:
· Finance & Accounting
· Industrial Economics
· Real Estate Economics
· Data Analytics & Programming combined with Finance
· National Economics
You enjoy numbers, analytical and problem-solving work and you are eager to understand and navigate complexity. You are excited about the consultant role and you are a great communicator or plan to become one!
We think you are a curious person excited to learn new things, people will always turn to you as a go-to-person and they will describe you as friendly, kind and a true relation builder.
You will have a need of being proficient in both business English and Swedish (program is held in Swedish). But most important - you have an open mindset, and you are willing to create value.

· As part of the selection, we use psychometric tests to ensure an objective, unbiased, and fair selection. The test consists of psychological, logical and numerical tests.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through Week 38. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief online interview during Weeks 39–40, and all applicants will receive a final decision by Week 41 at the latest.
