An international tech company (confidential) is looking for an Eastern Europe Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the region, build strong relationships with telecom operators and strategic partners, and expand its presence in the digital video ecosystem. 💼

📍 Location

📌 Flexible within Eastern Europe (remote-friendly) 🏡
🌍 Frequent travel across the region required

🚀 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Eastern Europe, aligned with company growth objectives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with telecom operators, pay-TV providers, ISPs, and strategic partners
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at operator and media organizations
• Grow and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and business targets
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure customer success
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout the region
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity in digital TV, IPTV, OTT, streaming, and video services
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic business planning

✅ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within digital TV, video, IPTV, or OTT environments
• Proven experience selling solutions to telecom operators, pay-TV providers, broadband operators, or media companies
• Strong network of contacts across operators and industry stakeholders in Eastern European markets
• Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles and achieving commercial targets
• Experience developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts
• Fluent English (professional level) is essential
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel frequently across Eastern Europe

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with middleware, IPTV platforms, OTT solutions, video streaming technologies, or TV applications
• Understanding of the telecom, pay-TV, and media ecosystem
• Existing relationships with operators in countries such as Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, and the Baltics
• Technical understanding that enables interaction with Product and Engineering teams
• Additional Eastern European languages
• Previous experience working in an international technology company
