We are looking for an experienced Accountant to strengthen our Finance team in Londerzeel. Are you someone who enjoys ensuring accurate financial administration, delivering high-quality reporting, and continuously improving financial processes? Do you like taking ownership, collaborating across teams, and contributing to a healthy and sustainable organization? Then you might be the colleague we are looking for.
You can get started right away
- You manage the day-to-day accounting for one or more legal entities, including purchase invoices, supplier payments, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- You take care of the monthly and yearly closing process, prepare financial reports and statutory accounts, and support monthly forecasts and Group reporting.
- You prepare VAT, Intrastat, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) declarations and support both internal and external audits to ensure full compliance.
- You continuously look for ways to improve accounting processes, help implement new tools, and contribute to a more efficient Finance function.
- You work closely with colleagues across the business, acting as a trusted point of contact for accounting-related questions and supporting cross-functional projects.
Skills & Requirements
We count on your talents
- You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- You have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial statements.
- You are a confident user of MS Office and have experience with accounting software.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
