As an Identity Management Engineer at Aspia, you build and evolve our identity platform, delivering a modern, secure, and scalable foundation for workforce and customer identity. The role focuses on user lifecycle management, single sign-on, automated provisioning, access lifecycle management, identity advisory, and strategic responsibility for customer identity management. In this role, you will work with Microsoft Entra ID as our internal identity platform and Okta Auth0 as our customer identity platform.
Your primary responsibility is to design, maintain, and continuously improve identity services that support business needs while aligning with architectural standards, security requirements, and cloud-first best practices. You will work closely with Group IT, architects, security, HR, product teams, application owners, suppliers, and other stakeholders across countries to enable secure access, reduce manual work, and promote a consistent identity way of working throughout Aspia.
You will work as part of the skilled Group IT Cloud and Operations team. The team consists of professionals based in Sweden and Finland, and you will collaborate broadly across the organization. You will report to the infrastructure team Manager. This is a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
· Design, maintain, and improve the workforce identity lifecycle solution, including joiner-mover-leaver processes and related integrations
· Configure and test single sign-on for applications, including coordination with vendors and maintenance of standard patterns and documentation
· Enable and support automated users and access provisioning for applications
· Support access lifecycle management practices such as access reviews and controlled access governance
· Advise teams on identity best practices, secure configuration, and Aspia ways of working
· Partner with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to align solutions with identity strategy and compliance needs
What we expect from you
· Experience in identity and access management, directory services, or related platform engineering work
· Hands-on understanding of user lifecycle management, single sign-on, access management, and automated provisioning
· Ability to work with modern cloud identity services and hybrid identity environments
· Security-minded approach with understanding of least privilege, governance, and Zero Trust principles
· Structured and proactive way of working, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors in an international environment
· Good written and spoken English. Finnish or Swedish is an advantage.
· Relevant education or equivalent practical experience
