As Operations and Sales Coordinator you will be a part of the UAE Daily Operations team, working and supporting customers in the UAE ensuring operational excellence.

You will:

Operations & Customer Experience

• Manage daily operations, planning, and partner relations (carriers, vendors, and subcontractors) to maintain an optimal UAE customer experience.
• Provide multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) to resolve customer issues and address operational deviations in real time.
• Monitor fleet performance and metrics, ensuring strict alignment with company KPIs, SLAs, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Generate performance reports and handle ad-hoc tasks delegated by management.

Sales & Business Development

• Drive local market growth by actively prospecting clients, building relationships, and expanding the customer base.
• Maximize fleet capacity sales through targeted presentations, solution demos, and collaboration with the core sales team.
• Negotiate service agreements and contracts while monitoring market and competitor trends to optimize revenue strategies.

We expect you to:

• Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Logistics preferred) and mandatory fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
• Professional Experience: Background in customer-facing operations or logistics within a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Technical Savvy: Familiar with transportation software, GPS tracking, CRM, and digital communication tools.
• Soft Skills: A self-starting problem solver with a strong service mindset and the ability to prioritize and make decisions independently.
• Credentials & Bonuses: Valid UAE Driver’s License required; a Heavy Truck license or experience in the EV/startup sector is a major plus.
