Why This Role Matters
As a Software Implementation/ Deployment Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully implement Speria’s software solutions. You will serve as the connection point between customer business needs and internal technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and successfully delivered. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, understanding business processes, solving problems, and translating complex operational needs into practical software solutions. You will support customer discovery, requirements gathering, implementation planning, documentation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. Your work will directly impact customer success and help ensure projects are delivered with clarity, structure, and strong execution.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with customers to understand their business processes, operational needs, and project goals.
- Lead or support discovery sessions, customer workshops, and requirements-gathering conversations.
- Translate customer requirements into clear functional specifications, documentation, and implementation guidance.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including Development, QA, Support, Product, and Project Management.
- Support software configuration, implementation activities, testing, validation, and go-live readiness.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping customers validate that the solution (software) meets business requirements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including workflows, blueprints, specifications, reports, and interface requirements.
- Help identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, escalating issues when needed.
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide customer training, guidance, and ongoing implementation support.
- Use SQL Server and database concepts to assist with troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and data-related project needs.
- Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Experience in software implementation, project consulting, business systems, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise application delivery.
- Strong experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders in a consulting, implementation, or project-based role.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical or functional documentation.
- Understanding of SQL Server, databases, data structures, reporting, or system troubleshooting concepts.
- Experience supporting project timelines, deliverables, risks, UAT, and implementation milestones.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Development, QA, Support, Product, and Project Management teams.
- Intermediate English proficiency for internal communication with global teams.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Blumenau, Brazil.
- Availability to travel to customer. About 20% of the time.

Ideal Candidate Has the Following
- Prior experience as a Project Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Software Implementation Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, Technical Consultant, or Solution Consultant.
- Experience supporting customer-facing software deployment projects from discovery through go-live.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, configuration needs, reports, and system requirements.
- Comfort working with databases, reports, integrations, or data validation.
- Experience facilitating customer workshops, training sessions, or change management activities.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise projects or complex customer environments.
- Ability to balance customer communication, technical analysis, documentation, and project execution.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
