Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for leading influencer marketing and talent partnerships for one of Redgert Comms DK’s key client accounts; a global beverage brand. As the dedicated talent partnerships lead for this account, you will oversee the planning and delivery of best-in-class influencer campaigns in Denmark, while supporting other client projects and agency initiatives as business needs require. This role plays a key part in both the success of the client partnership and the continued growth of Redgert Comms' talent partnerships offering. Please note that while this is a managerial role, you will be expected to work hands on with the full delivery of campaigns - from strategy through to execution.
Skills & Requirements
Client & Campaign Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for a designated key client account(s), ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and against agreed KPIs.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships, expectations and providing strategic guidance on influencer marketing and talent partnerships.
- Lead campaign planning, creator sourcing, negotiations, execution, reporting and optimisation, while supporting additional client accounts and agency projects as business needs require.
Strategy & Creative Development
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets and target audiences.
- Create campaign concepts, creative ideas and influencer briefs, advising clients on how influencer marketing integrates with broader communications, PR, social and marketing initiatives.
Talent & Industry Expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Danish influencers, creators, talent managers and industry partners.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Danish creator landscape, identifying the right talent and emerging opportunities while supporting influencer participation across integrated campaigns and events.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate across PR, Events & Activations, Brand Comms and other business areas to deliver integrated client programmes (such as guest management, co-hosts, ambassadorships and more). You will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues across markets.
- Mentor junior team members, share best practices and contribute to high-quality execution across the agency.
Business Area Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand influencer programmes through new campaign formats, talent partnerships and integrated communications initiatives.
- Contribute influencer expertise to client proposals, strategic recommendations and selected new business pitches where relevant.
- Share market insights, campaign learnings and creator trends to strengthen Redgert Comms' influencer offering and support continued agency growth.
Key Criteria & Experience:
- 3+ years of agency experience, or equivalent experience working in-house with influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
- Proven experience leading influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
- Proven experience managing client relationships independently.
- Strong knowledge of the Danish influencer and creator landscape and an existing network.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, negotiations and commercial delivery.
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Right to work in Denmark.
