Job Description
As Head of Operations for Redgert Comms APS, you will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations - with a key focus on profitability, efficiency and client satisfaction. You will oversee a talented team, manage key client relationships, and be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Danish business. The role is a fixed-term maternity cover but with the possibility of retaining the role long-term pending business performance and needs upon the expiration of the term. As part of this role you will report to the Redgert Group COO.
Skills & Requirements
Operational Leadership
- Maintain proven ways-of-working and processes, while proactively identifying opportunities for development in the day-to-day work flows
- Oversee client and project management standards, timelines, approvals, and quality control
- Maintain a high-performing environment by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Resource & Team Management
- Allocate staffing across clients and projects based on capacity and skill sets
- Manage freelance resourcing and evaluate hiring needs
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and operational aspects of HR
- Support team development through training, performance processes, and culture initiatives
New Business Development & Financials
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads
- Manage the new business pipeline and revenue projections
- Collaborate with commercial teams to create proposals, build scopes, and set pricing
- Lead and support pitch meetings and follow-up communications
- Actively contribute to the agency’s P&L and ensure financial health, profitability, and sustainable growth
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly/quarterly agency income tracking, including reporting to COO.
Client & Account Operations Support
- Oversee client onboarding processes to ensure seamless engagement kickoff
- Step in to support account teams during high-demand periods
- Ensure consistent quality and delivery standards across the agency
Key Criteria & Experience:
- Agency experience
- Minimum 7+ years experience
- Proven experience managing a team
- Proven experience managing client relationships on a senior level
- Experience managing client/project budgets
- Right to work in Denmark
