In this role, being an enthusiastic self-starter is key. You will be responsible for a lot of rolling admin and logistics to support the team. You will be well supported by your line manager and other colleagues, but attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.
A team player who is excited to try lots of new things will be best suited to this role. As well as rolling tasks, each day will play out differently and could include completing last-minute mailings, prepping materials for meetings and attending events with authors.
With lots going on at any given time, good time management and prioritisation is vital. Building great relationships with team members, knowing how to set yourself deadlines and when to push back is important.
A passion for books, media and digital spheres is crucial. The role offers progression to exciting campaign work as workload allows and offers excellent collaborative opportunities with a range of award-winning and experienced publicists.
A friendly and creative department, we are a supportive, successful team. There are lots of great publicists to learn from and exciting opportunities to be seized by the right candidate.
