Main goal

The Management Support and Project Coordinator provides comprehensive and proactive administrative, budgetary and project support to the Sponsorship & Licensing and Marketing Activities departments. The role supports the effective day-to-day operation of both departments and contributes to the successful delivery of initiatives and internal events.

Key responsibilities

Administrative support

  • Managing correspondence, diaries, contacts, travel arrangements and expense claims and scheduling and preparing meetings for the department heads
  • Preparing and maintaining presentations, reports and other business documents, including PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing and maintaining SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams workspaces, filing systems and document archives
  • Providing administrative support to team members as required

Budget coordination

  • Coordinating annual budget and quarterly forecast submissions for both departments
  • Supporting purchasing, procurement, invoicing and payment processes
  • Liaising with external agencies on budget-related and administrative matters

Project and event support

  • Coordinating and supporting the delivery of sponsorship, licensing and supplier workshops as well as team events and other internal events
  • Supporting national associations hosting UEFA youth national team competitions in the delivery of sponsorship programmes
  • Supporting the Sponsorship & Licensing department in the delivery of UEFA corporate partnerships (grassroots football, sustainability, medical, refereeing) and UEFA national team competition projects, including workshops, ticketing distribution and accreditation management
  • Supporting the brand team in the management and organisation of digital assets
  • Contributing to the execution of other marketing and digital projects

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • Previous experience in management support and project coordination is required
  • Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders, coordinating budgets and managing multiple projects and events simultaneously

Education:

  • CFC diploma or Bachelor's degree

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected

- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation-building skills are essential

- Ability to transform draft content into high-quality executive presentations, ensuring clear storytelling, visual consistency and professional design

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word and Excel

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

- Strong budget administration and financial coordination skills, including procurement and invoice processing

- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
