The Partner Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding the regional reach of the acquisition motion, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to pursue and close.

This role operates as a proactive commercial contributor: identifying and engaging MSP prospects, qualifying opportunities, supporting outreach campaigns, and managing the acquisition pipeline with rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification & Outreach: Identify and engage high-potential MSP prospects within the assigned region; execute targeted outreach across digital, event, and referral channels to generate qualified opportunities.

  • Opportunity Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound MSP opportunities against defined criteria; progress qualified leads through the early stages of the acquisition cycle.
  • RVP Support: Work in close collaboration with the assigned Regional Vice President; support deal progression, prepare materials, coordinate follow-up, and manage logistics for strategic prospect engagements.
  • CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect activity in Salesforce; provide reliable pipeline data and activity reporting.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Research target MSP organizations, decision-makers, and market dynamics to support targeted outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Events & Campaigns: Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows; support marketing campaigns targeting MSP prospects in the region.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or channel sales in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Cybersecurity experience is an advantage
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement.
  • Understanding of the MSP market and the commercial drivers that motivate MSPs to change or add vendor partnerships.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage a high volume of prospect interactions with discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are required depending on the region supported. Proficiency in Dutch or Flemish is a strong advantage for this role.
  • Fluent use of AI tools in everyday work, for research, outreach, pipeline management, reporting, and communication, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and AI-powered prospecting tools.

Key Competencies:

  • Prospecting Drive: Proactively identifies and pursues MSP opportunities with energy and commercial curiosity.
  • Communication: Communicates clearly and credibly with MSP prospects across written and verbal channels; builds early-stage trust.
  • Qualification: Accurately assesses opportunity quality and potential; focuses effort on the highest-value prospects.
  • Pipeline Discipline: Manages a high volume of pipeline activities with rigor; maintains CRM accuracy and provides reliable data to the team.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with RVPs and marketing; understands their needs and delivers support that accelerates deal progression.
  • AI & Digital Fluency: Actively uses AI tools to enhance personal and team productivity across the full commercial workflow.
  • Learning Orientation: Actively develops commercial skills and market knowledge; receptive to coaching and committed to continuous growth.
