As a Customer Operations Specialist for DBA and Bilbasen, your overall mission is to protect and improve the user experience on Denmark's favorite marketplaces. You will be at the heart of our operations, primarily supporting the transactional journey where claims and disputes are handled via email.
A typical week involves troubleshooting technical issues reported by users, ensuring they feel supported and valued, and translating their feedback into actionable insights for our product teams. You won’t just be clearing tickets; you will actively participate in regular meetings to align support messaging and technical solutions across Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
You will join a dedicated local team of 5 full-time specialists and 9 student assistants, which means you will also help ensure consistency in our daily operations.

Managing customer inquiries across multiple platforms and systems can be demanding, especially when technical glitches arise or when handling sensitive user disputes. However, this challenge is your opportunity to become a true platform expert and a key driver for change. By identifying patterns in user complaints, you will directly influence product optimization and help shape how we implement modern AI tools in our support workflows.
