Campaign & Activation Manager (B2B2C)

Are you interested in joining one of Europe's fastest growing companies? Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of users?

Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.
Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.

As part of our growth around Europe, we have acquired Alleo. At Alleo, we're setting a new standard as the go-to platform for modern compensation and benefits. Why? Because we believe compensation should be personal and flexible as modern life.

We are currently hiring a B2B Marketing Manager - Sports Activation to be based in Amsterdam.

Your mission at Epassi:
Epassi Netherlands enables good employership by making wellbeing a natural part of work, not a perk on the side. Benefits only matter when people use them. As Campaign & Activation Manager you turn access into usage: you own the campaigns, activations and events that bring wellbeing to life for HR decision-makers and for employees. You report to the Head of Marketing and work daily with the Marketing Manager, Customer Success and the rest of the marketing team.

What you will own:

  • Always-on B2B2C activation across our full benefits offer: campaign angles for HR and the assets that drive real usage by employees
  • Our hero campaigns and partner campaigns around themes and seasons
  • Events for HR and vitality managers, from first brief to follow-up
  • Toolkits and kick-off materials that Customer Success uses with customers
  • Campaign delivery from brief to report: set-up, landing pages, tracking and post-campaign results
  • Partners and agencies: briefing them, steering them and holding them to deadlines
  • Results: activation rates, campaign contribution to pipeline, and monthly reporting

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own the always-on sports activation programme end to end - from HR-facing campaign angles to the employee-facing assets that drive real usage
  • Build the toolkit Customer Success uses in every activation conversation, and own the kick-off process so CS never opens a client conversation without the right materials
  • Design, build, and maintain the lifecycle flows that carry new sports subscribers from sign-up to habit
  • Track activation and subscription metrics against the OKR and feed results back into campaign planning

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Increase activation in customer segments where usage has growth ambitions
  • Launch campaigns and events on time, with tracking in place
  • Deliver events that demonstrably contribute to pipeline
  • Build materials and processes that Customer Success actually uses

What you'll be doing (daily):

  • Build and maintain CSM toolkits: talking points, scripts, digital flyers, posters
  • Plan and run the campaign calendar, using moments like Mental Health Week and World Wellbeing Week as hooks
  • Own the client kick-off checklist for sports activation together with CS
  • Support the promo-op-locatie offer: branded materials, agency coordination, and the CS booking process
  • Maintain the shared activation tracker with CS and translate data into clear conversion insights
  • Design and build automated onboarding email flows for new sports subscribers
  • Work with Product and Ops to define trigger data (activation status, usage thresholds)
  • Test and iterate onboarding journeys based on activation and engagement data
  • Report activation rate, net new subscriptions, and campaign performance monthly into the MBR cycle

What you should bring:

  • 3 to 5+ years in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with hands-on experience running campaigns, activations or events from brief to report
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication, or equivalent experience
  • Comfort working with Customer Success and Sales on shared goals
  • The ability to write for two audiences in one campaign: the HR manager and the end user, the employee
  • Experience managing agencies and partners
  • Experience in subscription, benefits, HR tech or wellness is a plus

Your language profile:

  • Dutch: fluent.
  • English: professional working level

Your track record:

  • Proven ability to own a number - activation rate, net new subscriptions - and course-correct when off track
  • Track record of building working relationships with Customer Success rather than handing off campaigns
  • Experience writing for two audiences in the same campaign: the HR manager and the end employee
  • Organised enough to run a multi-channel calendar without missing a deadline

Your competency profile:

  • HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) for producing assets independently

Why Epassi:

  • A brand launch with real stakes: one platform, two established names, one new brand
  • Visible campaigns and events, with direct access to the Head of Marketing
  • Hybrid working with two fixed office days per week
  • Access to the Epassi-app: sport, movement and staying healthy as part of daily life
  • A growing team that treats marketing as a commercial instrument
