We offer you

As Creative Content Lead, you will translate Kappahl's creative vision into high-quality, channel-optimized storytelling. You will develop and lead creative concepts across all customer touchpoints, campaigns, social media, digital content, CRM, motion assets and in-store, turning brand strategy, assortment insights and customer data into a unified, modern and customer-centric brand expression. As a creative content lead, you will lead and develop other creative roles in the marketing team, overseeing creative quality from concept to final delivery.

You will work closely with our Creative Leader and collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Social Media, E-commerce, Media and Studio, while briefing and guiding both internal teams and external partners. You will also drive innovation in visual formats, motion design, social-first content and new technologies like AI-supported creation contributing to both long-term brand building and short-term commercial activation.

Your profile

We are seeking you who have:

• A relevant university degree in communication, marketing or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in creative content leadership, as Creative Director or in similar roles.
• Solid experience of multi-channel work and content production.
• A proven ability to translate brand strategy and creative direction into effective visual and relevant storytelling communication.
• Strong experience of leading internal creative production and content processes – setting clear direction, prioritizing and guiding internal creatives.
• Extensive experience of collaborating with external agencies and production partners. • The ability to integrate customer insights and channel requirements into creative decisions.
• Skills in storytelling, content formats, motion design and social-first creativity.
