As our platform evolves we need more skilled people to join our team. We are now looking for an Account Executive to our sales team.

As an Account Executive at Upsales, you will become a key player in our continued growth and mission to become Europe’s leading sales and marketing platform for B2B-companies. You will be responsible for driving new business from initial prospecting to closed deal.

To be successful in this job, you need to inspire, challenge and guide C-level prospects throughout their buying journey. You are a curious person motivated by results and anxious to help companies to grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify challenges of prospective customers and guide them towards making informed purchase decisions
  • Drive new business opportunities with small and midsize B2B-companies – from lead to a signed deal
  • Attain or exceed quota commitment
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing team around leads, but also other colleagues in departments such as Operations, Customer Success, and Product Management.

Your background

You are an ambitious sales person with a proven track record of consultative selling and closing skills. You are comfortable with engaging and negotiating with C-level decision makers. You also have specific experience of working with enterprise software, preferably within CRM, Marketing Automation and/or Business Intelligence. You are fluent in English and Swedish.


  • 3+ years of experience selling enterprise software
  • Experience from leading Sales Team of at least 8 Sales Reps
  • Experience of a consultative and case driven approach to selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.


  • Experience working with sales in a CRM, Marketing Automation or other relevant Saas-company.
  • MBA or another applicable graduate degree
