About the Role
We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our Digital Workplace team. The successful candidate will provide Level 2 IT support, maintain IT infrastructure and user environments, and contribute to IT projects across multiple sites in Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for IT incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and Windows-related issues.
- Administer active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments (cloud).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Maintain asset inventories and technical documentation.
- Participate in IT projects such as cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and workplace improvements.
- Ensure effective follow-up and communication with end users.
Travel
- Regular travel to Brussels, Sint-Niklaas, and Bergen op Zoom sites.
Skills & Requirements
Technical Requirements
- Previous experience in Level 2 IT Support, IT Administration, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Cloud.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Languages
- English: Mandatory.
- Dutch: Strong advantage.
