
Delivery Partnerships Lead
The Delivery Partnerships Lead plays a pivotal role in enabling incremental growth, capability, and profitability in delivery. You will maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) with McDelivery and our 3POs. Through collaboration with external partners, franchisees, and suppliers, you will work to improve customer experience and maximize business impact.
This is a full-time position, operating at the Nordic level, based in Sweden.

Food Folk is an independent company holding a 20-year McDonald’s International Development Licence (“IDL”) to operate McDonald’s restaurants in the Nordics. Owned by the Hands Family since 2017, Food Folk oversees both restaurant operations and the associated real estate portfolio. The corporate organisation comprises around 300 colleagues, with offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and Stockholm.
