Delivery Partnerships Lead

The Delivery Partnerships Lead plays a pivotal role in enabling incremental growth, capability, and profitability in delivery. You will maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) with McDelivery and our 3POs. Through collaboration with external partners, franchisees, and suppliers, you will work to improve customer experience and maximize business impact.

This is a full-time position, operating at the Nordic level, based in Sweden.

Key responsibilities within the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Account Management: Manage partnerships and maintain and service-level agreements and key performance indicators with McDelivery and our 3POs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, franchisees, and suppliers to drive delivery sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Enable Delivery Capability & Growth: Align 3PO capacity with business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and flexibility to support growth.
  • Performance & Cost Optimization: Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, managing operational risks.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for logistics and delivery network evolution.
  • Project Leadership: Assume a leading role in delivery and operations as part of broader business initiatives.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between delivery partners, internal teams, and franchisees, ensuring communication, alignment and successful execution of key initiatives.

You will also be responsible for producing regular, high-quality performance updates to highlight success and areas of opportunity in last-mile delivery partnerships.

Skills & Requirements

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Industry experience in working with external partners and account management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (written/spoken); understanding of one or more Nordic languages is an advantage.
