
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging, and high-impact experiences across our digital products
You will work as part of cross-functional product teams, leading design initiatives from discovery through delivery. The role combines user insight, interaction design, visual craft, prototyping, experimentation, and strong product thinking to deliver scalable, accessible solutions that create measurable value for both customers and the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in strengthening how we design, build, test, and continuously improve digital products, while helping elevate the overall user experience across our digital landscape.
We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, craft, structure, and energy to the team. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating closely with others, and respectfully challenging ideas to help us reach better outcomes.
The role is preferably based in Oslo, with a hybrid working model and an expectation to spend some days in the office for collaboration and workshops
