WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a sub-segment of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry.

About the position

The Technical Service Specialist delivers technical support for WAECO WSE products and accessories, supporting customers and service partners worldwide via phone and email to ensure fast and effective problem resolution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle technical inquiries via phone and email
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and document solutions
  • Support B2B customers with application and troubleshooting
  • Act as a key technical contact for internal and external technicians worldwide
  • Support international service partners in their daily operations
  • Enable efficient knowledge transfer across regions, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide field feedback to drive continuous product improvement
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and internal service teams

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be the in terms of following qualifications and experiences:

  • Solid technical background or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in workshop equipment or related technical products is an advantage
  • Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Customer-focused mindset with effective communication skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and standard tools
  • Fluent German and good English skills for communication in an international environment
