Main goal
The Match Operations Assistant supports the delivery of stadium administration and match operations for UEFA youth competitions and the UEFA Regions' Cup.

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
- MS Office / Advanced
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset, capable of assessing complex situations, identifying risks and providing clear, actionable recommendations
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience with major event planning and delivery, with the ability to anticipate challenges and ensure efficient execution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels and deliver high-quality written reports and presentations
