We're looking for a Management Trainee within Operations to join Dachser/Frigoscandia Nordics – an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact and grow with the business.
About the Program
Over 18 months, you will gain unique insight into our operations while working closely with both operational teams and business leaders:
Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced leaders and operational teams, gradually taking on greater responsibility for projects, deliverables, and real business challenges.
What We Offer
The trainee program is a paid position, and you will be employed on a fixed-term contract for the duration of the program.
Our ambition is clear: following successful completion of the program, the goal is for you to continue your career in a leadership, project-driven, or strategic role within Dachser/Frigoscandia Nordics.

1980sFocus on building and acquiring warehouses in Europe.
1990sStock exchange listing in 1994, followed by a public buy out by ASG in 1995. The company was divided into Frigoscandia Distribution and Frigoscandia Equipment, today known as JBT, which was sold the following year. Frigoscandia Distribution was sold to Prologis 1998.
2000sIn 2005 Frigoscandia is acquired by Posten Norge and changes the name to Bring Frigoscandia and later Bring Frigo.
2010sThe charter company Svebol Logistics is acquired.
2020sBring Frigo rebrands back to Frigoscandia. Mutares acquires Frigoscandia 2021 from Posten Norway. In 2022 the Norwegian logistic company Polar Frakt A/S was acquired. DACHSER acquires Frigoscandia 2024 from Mutares.
