We are currently hiring a Staff/Lead Product Designer (B2C) to be based in Finland.
The opportunity in a nutshell:
You? A staff-level product designer, hands-on and experienced, who lets evidence decide
what goes live.
The role? You own the design direction of the Epassi consumer app, one of the most-used
apps in Finland. Hundreds of thousands of people open it to pay for lunch, book a gym class,
or use their wellbeing benefits. Your job is to lift conversion, deepen engagement, and get
more people using the benefits they already have.
Location? Based in Finland. We prefer hybrid from our Helsinki office, but remote inside
Finland is also possible.
Why this role? The app already has the users; how good it becomes is up to you
An app used across Finland.
People pay with Epassi at lunch counters, gyms, and massage tables across the country. When your work goes live, the analytics tell you within days whether it worked.
You set the direction and carry it through: help the team decide which user problems to solve,
and show the results.
Your responsibilities will be:
A typical week: reading live metrics with your product manager to see where people drop off, interviewing users, prototyping in Figma and Claude Code, running a workshop to align on direction, and critiquing work with the design team.
You’ll be successful in this role if:
You'll thrive here if:
Nice to have: service design across channels, experience growing other designers, familiarity with payments or loyalty products.
If you don't tick every box but the role interests you, apply anyway. We would rather see strong case studies than a checklist.
