Head of E-commerce Operations

We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey and are now looking for a strategic and consumer-focused Head of E-commerce Operations to help shape and elevate our global e-commerce operations.

This is a unique opportunity to own and optimize the operational engine behind Dometic's direct-to-consumer business, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery and customer support in markets across North America, Europe, Australia, South Africa, and beyond.

About the position

As Head of E-commerce Operations in our global E-commerce team, you will act as the global architect of Dometic's e-commerce operations. Your mission will be to drive operational excellence across the entire customer journey, ensuring world-class fulfillment, customer service, and partner performance while continuously improving efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

The role is highly collaborative and global in nature, requiring close interaction with regional e-commerce teams, customer service organizations, logistics providers, distribution partners, payment providers, and technology vendors. You will influence and drive improvements across functions and geographies without direct managerial responsibility.

Your main responsibilities

  • Define and drive Dometic's global e-commerce operations strategy, standards, and roadmap across fulfillment and customer support.
  • Partner with regional teams to optimize operational performance, customer satisfaction, and consistency across markets.
  • Manage and continuously improve relationships with logistics providers, distribution partners, payment providers, and other strategic operational partners.
  • Lead initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, governance, cost efficiency, and best-in-class consumer experiences.

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be solid experience within global e-commerce operations, fulfillment, customer experience, and operational excellence, as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital operations, supply chain operations, or a similar field within a global organization.
  • Experience designing, scaling, and improving end-to-end fulfillment and customer service processes.
  • Strong understanding of operational ecosystems including logistics, customer support platforms, payment solutions, and third-party partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
