Main goal
The Guest Services and Protocol Expert within the Guest Management and Protocol team is responsible for planning and
delivering VIP services at a defined set of UEFA events as the VIP programme lead, ensuring that guest experience
standards, service levels and event requirements are implemented consistently and professionally.
With a focus on operational execution, the position-holder works closely with the Protocol and Guest Experience Manager and other competence centres to ensure that all VIP operations are delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively and in line with UEFA’s
expectations.
