Evam builds mission-critical technology for the people who keep society safe. Our software is used by police, ambulance, fire & rescue, and other public safety organisations to manage complex, time-critical operations. Every day, Evam supports first responders handling hundreds of thousands of life-threatening incidents.

We currently serve customers across the Nordics and the United Kingdom and have achieved 200%+ annual growth for the past three years. To support our continued expansion, we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager.

This is a role for someone who wants to manage complex projects, work closely with customers, and ensure that mission-critical software is successfully implemented in real-world public safety operations.

Prior experience in the public safety industry is not a requirement, but experience from complex software implementation projects is important.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Evam, you will be responsible for managing customer implementation projects from signed contract to successful go-live. You will work closely with customers, technical teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to make sure our solutions are configured, integrated, tested, and delivered according to customer needs.

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate customer implementation projects from project start to go-live
  • Manage project plans, timelines, activities, risks, and dependencies
  • Work closely with customers to understand their operational needs, technical environment, and implementation requirements
  • Coordinate internal technical teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
  • Coordinate technical integrations with CAD systems, communication platforms, mapping services, and other third-party systems
  • Ensure that testing, acceptance, training, and go-live activities are planned and executed properly
  • Own the post-go-live relationship: drive adoption, monitor usage and customer health, and make sure customers keep getting value from the solution
  • Act as the customer's main point of contact after launch, running regular check-ins and identifying risks of churn or dissatisfaction before they escalate
  • Spot and help develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with sales

Who you are

You are structured, technically curious, and comfortable taking ownership of complex customer projects. You enjoy working close to customers and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You understand that implementation projects require both technical understanding and strong coordination skills. You know how to create structure, drive progress, and make sure that things get done.

You are comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, technical dependencies, and mission-critical requirements. Most importantly, you take responsibility for the outcome and care deeply about delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Why Evam

At Evam, you will work on technology that directly impacts public safety and emergency response. You will join a fast-growing company, work with highly skilled colleagues, and play a key role in delivering mission-critical software to public safety organisations across the Nordics, the UK, and beyond.

This is an opportunity to work close to customers, technology, and real-world operations — and to help ensure that first responders have the digital tools they need when it matters the most.

Skills & Requirements

We believe you have

  • At least 5 years of experience from similar roles, such as Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialist, Technical Project Manager, Solution Consultant, Customer Delivery Manager, or similar
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer implementation projects
  • Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build trust with different stakeholders
  • Strong technical understanding of software integrations, APIs, system configuration, and technical delivery processes
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • High ownership, accountability, and a strong drive to move projects forward
  • Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, sales, support, and customer organisations
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • A higher education degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field
