Main goal

The EURO Hospitality Production Assistant is responsible for planning, integrating and delivering world-class hospitality infrastructure and technical solutions across all UEFA EURO 2028 venues.
The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with operational excellence to ensure that every hospitality concept is both innovative and fully functional.


From infrastructure design to on-site execution, the role guarantees seamless coordination between stakeholders, suppliers and venue operations, ultimately ensuring that all hospitality environments are efficient, high-performing and deliver an exceptional guest experience

Key responsibilities

Stadium & Venue Infrastructure

  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with organisers, operators and suppliers
  • Assess venue infrastructure and define hospitality layouts, including temporary and permanent setups
  • Oversee implementation of key systems (power, HVAC, IT, AV) and review CAD drawings
  • Ensure operational alignment across ticketing, access, security, parking and guest flows

Concept Development & Delivery

  • Develop and deliver innovative, feasible hospitality concepts focused on guest experience and AV/AVL
  • Coordinate with designers, consultants and suppliers to turn concepts into actionable plans
  • Manage stakeholders, timelines and supplier performance to ensure quality delivery

Project Management & Administration

  • Support contracts, technical documentation and compliance requirements
  • Manage budgets, reporting and project documentation
  • Lead briefings, updates and post-event evaluations

On-Site Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee on-site execution, logistics and installation of technical infrastructure
  • Manage teams and suppliers, resolving issues in real time
  • Ensure high service standards and seamless guest experience

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in event management, engineering, architecture, hospitality management or
    technical production
  • Qualification in project management (e,g, PMP, PRINCE2) would be highly valuable
  • Technical training in AV, IT systems or venue infrastructure would be a plus
  • from 4 to 6 years in large-scale event production, venue infrastructure or hospitality project management
  • from 4 to 6 years in sports events, stadium environments or major international productions
  • Proven track record of managing technical installations and complex multisupplier environments

Languages:

  • Fluent in English

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
