Job Description
The Product Manager reports directly to the Marketing Director and the Country Manager, while working in close alignment with the European Product Manager, who provides strategic direction and product management guidelines for all subsidiaries within the Tractor Division.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Manage and maintain product pricing lists, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and European guidelines.
- Oversee product positioning and ensure product information is consistently updated and accurately communicated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and product lifecycle management activities.
Product Marketing and Communication
- Develop and prepare product marketing materials, sales support content, and commercial documentation.
- Ensure the continuous update and maintenance of product-related content across company platforms.
- Deliver product presentations and communication activities for the dealer network, sales teams, and specialized media.
Training and Dealer Network Support
- Plan and deliver product training programs for dealers and sales teams, focusing on product features, benefits, competitive advantages, and sales arguments.
- Provide technical and product-related support to dealers through direct consultation and telephone assistance.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for dealer sales teams.
Events and Field Activities
- Organize and coordinate field demonstrations, product trials, trade shows, and industry events.
- Support the dealer network in planning and executing local events, open days, customer demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Market Analysis and Business Development
- Work closely with the Sales team to analyze market dynamics and identify business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customers need to provide market insights and recommendations.
- Develop and propose strategies aimed at increasing market penetration, strengthening product positioning, and supporting business growth objectives.

- Strong knowledge of product management and product marketing principles.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly to support dealers, attend events, and participate in industry exhibitions.
- Professional proficiency in English is requested
