About the Assignment
As our specialist, you will develop smart classification workflows for time-resolved image data. You will handle dataset preparation and feature engineering, then apply machine learning models to extract key performance metrics.
Additionally, you will dive deep into model performance—validating robustness and tackling risks like overfitting. To boost accuracy and scalability, you will optimize our preprocessing and data pipelines. Finally, you know exactly how to translate your technical findings into clear visualizations and presentations for the team.
Your Profile:
- Education: A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in computer vision, including image and time-resolved data analysis.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning (classification and evaluation) and image processing pipelines.
- Skills: Highly proficient in Python and its ecosystem of libraries.
- Interest: A strong, intrinsic motivation to work within the biological sector.
