About the role

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Sievo. This is a full-time global role, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing and offers an exciting opportunity to work with an established B2B SaaS brand with 20+ years of existence.

The Customer Marketing Manager is a customer-centric marketer who will directly contribute towards ensuring customer loyalty, retention and advocacy, by planning and executing marketing programs.

You will be working with cross-functional teams- Sales & Customer Success, Product and Marketing- to ensure a seamless alignment of timely customer-centric narrative with differentiated product messaging.

Responsibilities:

As a customer marketer at Sievo, you will be steering the marketing programs and the team efforts towards driving customer retention and advocacy to customers through various marketing tactics.

  • Streamline customer communication: Be the focal point that manages communication to customers throughout the entire customer journey from implementation, onboarding, product adoption, expansion, retention and renewal to advocacy.
  • Enable customer retention: Design and execute marketing strategies that assure customer awareness of products’ continuous value delivery and drive customer retention, as well support establishing and strengthening relationships between Sievo and key decision makers on the customer side.
  • Execute customer GTM campaigns: Working closely with the Customer Success team, plan and execute multi-touch campaigns that communicate the value of new products and feature releases to customers, driving product adoption and maintaining high perceived value of Sievo.
  • Drive customer advocacy: Recognize opportunities and manage the efforts towards driving customer advocacy that celebrates customer success at Sievo, like case studies and testimonials, speakership at Sievo events, peer-reviews etc.
  • Collaboration: Be the primary point of contact between Marketing and Customer Success teams, drive alignment and create feedback loops.
  • Tracking and reporting results: Track and analyze customer data, success of customer-focused campaigns, and measure ROI of customer marketing efforts.

Qualification and skills

  • Demonstrated successful prior experience of customer marketing, product marketing experience or related domain, preferably in B2B SaaS space
  • Demonstrated ability to understand software products and clearly communicate their benefits for the customers and various buyer personas within a customer account, across multiple channels such as email, in-product, collaterals etc.
  • Experience in building and executing effective customer journeys for product adoption and stickiness and customer retention
  • A self-starter approach with strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Being familiar with marketing tactics and channels that can potentially be used for effective communication to customers
  • Experience building or executing customer advocacy programs (references, case studies, peer review communities, or speaker programs)
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, compelling customer-facing content across formats (emails, campaign copy, collateral, and more)
  • Outstanding analytical skills to capture feedback and identify, analyze, and use data to give educated recommendations and take action (using tools such as PowerBI or similar)
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation systems and CRMs (preferably HubSpot)
  • Ability to leverage AI in work processes for better quality and faster output

We also consider it is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in businesses with high touch sales (SLG) and long sales cycles
  • Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management, Sustainability or Finance
  • Some experience in Demand Generation

The salary range for this position is 4,400 to 5,000 EUR / month. The salary will be determined based on candidate’s experience and qualifications for the position.
