Are you an aspiring iOS developer ready to take your skills into the world of cybersecurity? We're looking for a Junior iOS Developer to join our FSSDK team in Helsinki, on a fixed-term basis, covering a parental leave. Depending on the start date, the assignment is estimated to last 7–9 months, with onboarding and offboarding periods included.

FSSDK builds and maintains security SDKs used by major global partners. Your code won't just be shipped to end users, it'll be embedded into partner applications protecting tens of millions of people worldwide from scams, malware, and digital threats.

You'll work alongside experienced mobile and security engineers, learning how world-class SDKs are built and maintained at scale. This is a hands-on role where you'll grow fast, contribute from day one, and develop a deep understanding of both mobile development and consumer cybersecurity. Our estimated salary range for this role is between €3,200 - €4,000/month.

This role is based in Helsinki, Finland. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home, while coming together for collaboration at our modern HQ.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain headless security SDKs that integrate seamlessly into partner applications across iOS platforms
• Implement and iterate on features related to threat detection, safe browsing, and identity protection
• Participate in design and code reviews, contributing to code quality and shared engineering standards
• Collaborate with security researchers, product managers, and fellow developers to bring features from concept to delivery
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that holds up in production at scale

What are we looking for?

• Some hands-on iOS development experience, whether from professional work, internships, or strong personal projects
• Familiarity with Swift and SwiftUI, and an understanding of mobile architecture patterns and design principles
• Curiosity about cybersecurity and a genuine interest in protecting users from digital threats
• Full professional proficiency in English for collaboration in our international environment

You get bonus points for:

• Experience building security-focused applications or SDKs
• Background in networking, VPN technologies, or mobile security
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD and build systems

Our hiring process:

Our hiring process will consist of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview, and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps and inform each candidate in a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.
